FROM THERE TO HERE is a short film that touches on important and serious issues: human trafficking, gender based violence, and mental health care to name a few. In the film, we have prioritized the stories and artistic representations of our main characters’ experiences, as told through movement, which means we don’t take a deep dive into all of the important issues they bring up. Digging into the questions you still have after watching FROM THERE TO HERE is the perfect way to learn more and round out your understanding of why movement is so powerful for our storytellers and the people with whom they work.
